The ideal candidate will be personable, professional, and committed to providing top-notch service to our clients and their beloved pets.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the welcoming face of our practice, establishing trust and confidence with clients.
- Handle customer service tasks, including greeting visitors and managing phone inquiries.
- Guide clients and their pets to examination rooms and present estimates for services.
- Keep clients informed about their pet's visit and progress.
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
- Explain fees and process payments accurately.
- Request and obtain medical records from referring veterinarians.
- Manage communications via phone, text, and email.
- Oversee electronic medical records (EMR), reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain a clean and organized facility, including outdoor areas.
Availability to work weekends and some holidays is required.
Compensation
The hourly pay range for this role is between $18.00 and $21.00.
