Position Overview:

Elite Care at Oatfield Estates is in search of a knowledgeable and committed Licensed Administrator for Specific Needs Contract (SNC) to oversee our vibrant community. This role is essential in maintaining the well-being, comfort, and dignity of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership: Manage the daily functions of the facility, ensuring efficient workflows and high standards of care.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a compassionate team of caregivers and administrative personnel.
  • Regulatory Oversight: Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations regarding care and safety.
  • Financial Stewardship: Oversee the facility's budget, ensuring responsible financial management.
  • Resident and Family Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for residents' families, addressing concerns and facilitating communication.
  • Quality Assurance: Continuously evaluate and enhance the quality of care and services provided.
  • Community Relations: Develop partnerships with local organizations to support the needs of residents.
  • Risk Management: Implement strategies to minimize risks and effectively respond to emergencies.
  • Program Development: Create and manage enrichment programs that promote residents' physical, mental, and social well-being.
  • Professional Development: Stay informed about best practices in assisted living and memory care.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a Certification/License in Assisted Living Administration or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of Med Tech experience and one year of RCC experience. Strong interpersonal skills, leadership capabilities, and a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements are essential.
