Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Supervise the daily activities of the facility, ensuring a seamless and effective workflow.
  • Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and lead a compassionate team of care providers and administrative personnel.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee that the facility adheres to all state and federal regulations concerning care, safety, and documentation.
  • Budget and Finance: Oversee the facility's financial operations, ensuring responsible budgeting and fiscal stability.
  • Family and Resident Liaison: Act as the primary contact for residents' families, addressing concerns and ensuring effective communication.
  • Care Quality Assurance: Continuously evaluate and enhance the quality of care and services provided to residents.
  • Community Engagement: Foster relationships with local organizations to support residents and the facility's needs.
  • Risk Management: Implement strategies to minimize risks and effectively manage emergencies within the community.
  • Program Development: Design and oversee enrichment programs tailored to the residents' physical, mental, and social well-being.

Qualifications:

Certification or License in Assisted Living Administration or a related field is required. A minimum of two years of Med Tech experience and one year of RCC experience is preferred. Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong understanding of state and federal regulations, and demonstrated leadership capabilities. Familiarity with budgeting and financial management is essential, along with the ability to handle the emotional aspects of working with seniors, particularly those with memory care needs.
