Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
* 5+ years in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment
* Connector, cable, wire, and/or harness experience is a must
* Success in developing relationships across a broad range of customers and identifying opportunities to solve problems
* Ability to work collaboratively with various product categories to create a balanced portfolio of opportunities
* Track record connecting with engineers and effectively closing new business opportunities
