Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Ambassador to join our team at NDM Hospitality Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our home rental inventory, including supporting the new home rent ready process, maintenance, housekeeping, security, landscaping, IT, and guest relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the new home rent ready process, including maintenance, housekeeping, and security
  • Oversee all guest relations, including guest check-in/out procedures, guest requests, and overall guest coordination
  • Administer utilities setup for new rental homes
  • Coordinate guest reservations with the community gatehouse and resort club front desk
  • Perform housekeeping/maintenance quality control and inspections of homes
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel, property management, or customer service-based profession
  • Excellent customer service skills, both in person and via phone
  • Must have guest experience in residential, vacation rental properties
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other computer-related skills
  • Ability to stand and work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 100lbs
  • Ability to walk long distances
