Ecolab is a leading provider of pest elimination solutions, and we're seeking a talented Corporate Account Manager to join our team in the Midwest area. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for maintaining a significant book of business and building strong relationships with our corporate account customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to achieve customer portfolio growth targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned corporate account customers, understanding their operations, challenges, and needs to provide customized solutions.
  • Leverage knowledge of Ecolab's products and offerings to design and deliver effective customer proposals that illustrate the broader value of our total enterprise solutions.
  • Lead the integration, coordination, and monitoring of divisional programs with field sales, service, and functional support teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Establish effective cross-divisional working relationships to obtain new corporate account contracts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and Ecolab experience.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated successful performance in business-to-business commercial sales or equivalent Ecolab experience.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Ability to read and write in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Pest elimination and hotel/restaurant selling experience.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated successful sales management experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent organization/time management skills.
  • Proven relationship management and consulting skills.
  • Problem-solving ability to determine customer solutions.
  • Proven negotiation and presentation expertise.
  • Good business and financial acumen.
  • Self-motivation and drive for results.
