Attractive Retention Incentive As an Advanced Practice Clinician, including Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, or Certified Nurse Midwives, you will be essential in delivering exceptional healthcare services to a varied patient demographic. Your responsibilities will encompass assessments, diagnoses, treatments, education, and counseling for patients, adhering to the protocols of Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest. This is a Full-Time, Fully Benefited role. A retention incentive of $45,000 is available for this position.

Engage with a Case Management team that will keep patients informed about lab results, referrals, and other patient care elements.
Acquire new competencies such as IUC retrievals, Nexplanon insertions, Cryotherapy, Bartholin Cyst I&D, and prescribing GAHT (Gender Affirming Hormone Therapy).

Possesses an active California license as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Certified Nurse Midwife {Please note: we are not considering pending licenses at this time}.
