Job SummaryWe're currently recruiting recent graduates who are excited to participate in our 5-month, best-in-class, Technical Sales program. This program provides intensive technical, business, sales engineering, and leadership training, making you a technical expert for our valued commercial customers.
Key Responsibilities- Sell Trane Technologies climate solutions products to achieve a more sustainable world for us all.
- Grow and maintain relationships with customers by problem-solving the challenges they face.
- Work with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers in the design, application, and sale of systems, controls, parts, and services for our customer's buildings.
- Base Pay: $73,000
- Lodging, a daily stipend, and relocation are provided during the 5-month training.
- Compensation expectations after program completion are partially commission-based and industry-leading.
- Benefits kick in on DAY ONE for you and your family, including health insurance and holistic wellness programs.
- Family building benefits include fertility coverage and adoption/surrogacy assistance.
- 401K match up to 6%, plus an additional 2% core contribution = up to 8% company contribution.
- Paid time off, including in support of volunteer and parental leave needs.
- Educational and training opportunities through company programs along with tuition assistance and student debt support.
- Possess a bachelor's degree in engineering (Open to all engineering areas of emphasis).
- Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
- Possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, ability to provide proof of insurance, and have no major or frequent traffic violations.
