Hotel Front Desk Lead Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Lead to join our team at stayAPT Suites College Station. As a Hotel Front Desk Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming guests and checking them in and out of the hotel
  • Managing guest room assignments and ensuring rooms are ready for guests
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Communicating with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are clean and ready for guests
  • Providing information and assistance to guests regarding hotel amenities and services
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
