Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide immediate support for year-end activities, including preparing for employee performance evaluations, updating the company org chart, and assisting with budget planning.
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure accuracy of financial data related to employee compensation.
  • Support the onboarding process by collecting and verifying new hire documents, facilitating orientation sessions, ensuring documentation is sent to Resourcing Edge, and enrolling contractors in Bill.com.
  • Work with the finance department to reconcile employee payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects, including data entry, organizing HR processes, filing, and maintaining employee records.
  • Assist in recruiting efforts, including candidate sourcing and interview scheduling.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources with a focus on Finance.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, especially for forms and document management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with both employees and external contacts.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
