Location: Centrally situated in Dallas.

As a Treasury Management Project Coordinator, you will enjoy a role that offers stability, opportunities for advancement, and a competitive compensation and benefits package. You will collaborate with a team of skilled bankers to ensure the successful documentation and implementation of all Treasury Management products, while also delivering outstanding service to both internal and external clients. Your contributions will be vital in achieving new sales targets and fostering portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and document all new Treasury Management products and services, including the TM Master Agreement and associated Service Exhibits.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for all Treasury products and services for both new and existing clients.
  • Partner with Treasury Management Officers (TMOs) throughout the sales process to manage the service pipeline, ensuring timely and accurate setup of services and pricing.
  • Work collaboratively with various business units to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new client relationships.
  • Deliver comprehensive training on new products, either via phone or onsite at the client's location.
  • Engage with clients to analyze the integrity of their test files until successful completion.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the entire process, ensuring quality delivery in line with service expectations.
  • Provide ongoing updates regarding activity, identifying any issues related to errors, timeliness, and quality.
  • Commit to meeting or exceeding all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for Treasury Management product setups and maintenance.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all Treasury Management-related maintenance and troubleshooting inquiries.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert for online banking platforms and all Treasury Management systems.
  • Assist clients with service requests and resolve banking issues in a professional and timely manner, while adhering to compliance requirements.
  • Update existing procedures to ensure proper documentation of processes.
  • Support the Client Services Specialists team as needed.
  • Complete all required training courses by the designated deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed client expectations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.
  • Understanding of the complete process for product implementations.
  • Effective communication and listening skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
  • Aptitude for identifying cross-sell opportunities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in banking or finance preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in complex treasury management and banking solutions.
  • Additional banking experience is advantageous.

Work Environment:

This position typically requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional variations in work hours and travel.
