  • Work alongside quantitative analysts to create models that forecast deposit rates and account attrition

  • Develop risk transfer strategies and improve the funds transfer pricing framework
  • Facilitate the introduction of new financial products in coordination with various departments

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to juggle multiple projects
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Expertise in data analysis with a comprehensive perspective
  • Self-motivated individual with sound commercial insight
  • Quantitative expertise and foundational knowledge of statistics
  • Familiarity with interest rate risk is advantageous
  • Experience in Treasury or Asset Liability Management is preferred
  • Basic programming skills are a plus
