POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Senior Treasury Analyst role is integral to Dominium's Treasury operations, encompassing cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, debt oversight, and the administration of enterprise credit lines, along with bank relationship management and investment strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborates with Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Risk Management, Partner Services, and Development teams to ensure an accurate enterprise-level cash flow forecast that informs liquidity and investment strategies. Aids in managing the company's cash flow to guarantee adequate liquidity for operational and investment requirements. Takes ownership of the multi-year long-term forecast, including continuous updates, enhancements, and presentations. Provides assistance with short-term forecasting as necessary. Prepares and delivers treasury reports to senior management. Supports the maintenance of banking relationships and negotiates banking services and fees. Oversees the management of debt and credit facilities, ensuring adherence to covenants. Facilitates internal investment opportunities, including loan originations and low-income housing tax credit investments, or daily/weekly investments for available enterprise liquidity. Collaborates with Dominium Project Managers to advance Treasury-related initiatives. Drafts, reviews, and submits investment letters of intent on behalf of Dominium's lending entities. Engages in the development and growth of treasury team members. Assists the Corporate Services department in various capacities to achieve departmental and organizational objectives, including routine activities. Undertakes additional responsibilities as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

A Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is essential. A minimum of years of experience in financial analysis or treasury functions is necessary. Experience in commercial real estate, affordable housing, or loan management/origination is preferred. Familiarity with cash flow forecasting is advantageous but not mandatory. Proficiency in advanced modeling using Microsoft Excel is required. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the capacity to adapt to various communication styles. Proven ability to manage diverse personalities and foster a cohesive team environment. High level of mathematical, analytical reasoning, and forecasting capabilities. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve objectives. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
