Position Summary

The Senior Treasury Analyst position plays a critical role in supporting Dominium's Treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting, cash optimization, debt and liquidity management, and investment decisions. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain an accurate enterprise-level cash flow forecast used for liquidity and investment decisions.
  • Assist with the management of the company's cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet operational and investment needs.
  • Develop and maintain a long-term forecast, including ongoing updates, enhancements, and presentation.
  • Prepare and present treasury reports to senior leaders.
  • Assist with maintaining banking relationships and negotiating banking services and fees.
  • Oversee the management of debt and credit facilities, ensuring compliance with covenants.
  • Assist in leading the facilitation of internal investment opportunities.
  • Participate in the development, advancement, and growth of treasury team members.
  • Assist the Corporate Services department in all areas to ensure department and organizational goals are met.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business finance or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of financial analysis activities or treasury experience.
  • Candidates with direct experience in commercial real estate, affordable housing, or loan maintenance/origination are preferred.
  • Cash flow forecasting experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Advanced modeling skills using Microsoft Excel are required.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage diverse personalities and create a cohesive team environment.
  • Exceptional level of mathematical, analytical reasoning, and forecasting skills.
  • Extremely organized and task-oriented.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to complete goals.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to provide a high level of customer service.
