Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare prep items according to Golden Corral product specifications and recipes, ensuring optimal yield and quality.
  • Maintain a standard inventory of prep items, updating the Prep Production Guide and Display Cooking Prep Production Guide as directed by management.
  • Ensure all food items are stored in approved, covered containers and rotated regularly.
  • Complete use and following of the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance.
  • Notify management of any discrepancies, such as food spoilage or products that do not meet specifications.
  • Assist the Buffet Attendant in maintaining a full, clean buffet.
Cleanliness and Guest Service
  • Clean, maintain, and organize the prep area, including coolers, equipment, and dry storage.
  • Perform duty roster and ensure cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met.
  • Provide administrative support and assist guests during meal periods.
