  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and staff.
  6. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues to management as necessary.
  7. Guide customers in selecting appropriate products based on their unique needs and certifications.
  8. Clearly communicate the effects and benefits of various cannabis products to customers.
  9. Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale system.
  10. Implement measures to safeguard organizational assets as directed by management.
  11. Set up and maintain display cases, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  12. Assist in merchandise processing and inventory management.
  13. Facilitate new customer registrations and renewals.
  14. Manage data entry and maintain the customer database.
  15. Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  16. Schedule appointments for customers as requested.
  17. Keep educational materials and customer folders updated.
  18. Ensure the dispensary remains clean and well-maintained.
