Key Responsibilities
- Assist the management team in inventory oversight and control.
- Support compliance with standard operating procedures and training initiatives.
- Help with the daily opening and closing procedures of the dispensary.
- Deliver outstanding customer service in alignment with established standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and staff.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues to management as necessary.
- Guide customers in selecting appropriate products based on their unique needs and certifications.
- Clearly communicate the effects and benefits of various cannabis products to customers.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale system.
- Implement measures to safeguard organizational assets as directed by management.
- Set up and maintain display cases, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Assist in merchandise processing and inventory management.
- Facilitate new customer registrations and renewals.
- Manage data entry and maintain the customer database.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments for customers as requested.
