Job Summary

The Sales Associate is a key member of the Aviator Nation team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. This role requires a friendly, customer-focused individual with a passion for the Aviator Nation lifestyle and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service, responding to questions and improving engagement with merchandise.
  • Learn and demonstrate product knowledge, including SKU's, fit, and more.
  • Operate cash registers and Point of Sale systems, managing financial transactions, processing returns and exchanges, and balancing drawers.
  • Achieve established sales goals, direct customers to merchandise, and increase in-store sales.
  • Maintain an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor, assist with incoming and outgoing shipments, and conduct inventory counts.
  • Assist with omni-channel sales and fulfillment processes, and under the direction of the Store Manager, assist with social media posts.
Requirements
  • Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and follow store dress code.
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
  • Ability to confidently operate office equipment, such as computers, printers, and telephones.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, reach, climb, walk, and stand for long durations of time.
  • Ability to move and lift equipment and supplies of up to 20 pounds.
  • Good vision, including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
