Affordable Housing Assistant Community Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Affordable Housing Assistant Community Director to join our team at FPI Management, Inc. This is a full-time position responsible for assisting the Community Director in the day-to-day operations of our multifamily property management company.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Community Director in supervising on-site staff, including Resident Services Coordinators, Compliance Specialists, Leasing Managers, and Maintenance Technicians.
- Manage the asset to meet client operational and financial goals, including maintaining occupancy levels, managing lease expirations, and ensuring timely rent collections.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining resident files, processing vendor invoices, and managing accounting month-end.
- Ensure compliance with FPI Standard Operating Procedures, Fair Housing Laws, and company policies.
- Develop and implement resident retention programs, marketing strategies, and other initiatives to promote positive resident-management relations.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably in residential property management.
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate required; college degree in a related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current motor vehicle insurance.
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Google Apps, and property management software.
