We're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Manager to join our team in the Diabetes Care division. As a key member of our Global Strategic Marketing team, you will play a critical role in shaping our marketing approach and enhancing the effectiveness of our communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and ad/promotional materials that represent the value of our brands to healthcare professionals globally.
  • Lead congress strategy globally, providing expertise on strategic messaging and global tactics in partnership with local leads.
  • Contribute to the development of the annual brand plan, helping to define and implement key areas within the associated tactical plans.
  • Track and evaluate the impact of marketing initiatives and product introductions, establishing performance metrics.
  • Acquire a broad understanding of the diabetes landscape and consumer & HCP requirements to inform strategic and tactical decisions.
