Position Summary:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented B2B Sales Specialist to spearhead new business initiatives. If you possess a strong ability to prospect, sell with integrity, and understand client needs, this role offers a lucrative compensation structure.

Key Responsibilities:
As a B2B Sales Specialist, you will be tasked with:

  • Identifying and qualifying potential business clients.
  • Initiating the sales process by scheduling meetings, understanding client requirements, and delivering initial presentations.
  • Closing sales by establishing rapport with potential clients, articulating our service offerings, addressing objections, and preparing contracts.
  • Conducting a minimum of 20 hours of prospecting each week.
  • Utilizing and managing a customer relationship management (CRM) system to maintain comprehensive customer information.
  • Maintaining a prioritized list of prospects within the CRM.
  • Fostering a positive work environment through effective communication and collaboration with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in outside B2B sales.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales goals over a minimum of two years.
  • Strong skills in prospecting and territory development.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, with a focus on data entry and organization.
  • Experience in closing short-cycle B2B sales.
  • An outgoing and dynamic personality.
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for challenges.
  • Organizational skills within a defined sales process, with the ability to guide clients from prospecting to closing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in outside sales and any prior sales training certifications (e.g., Sandler, President's Club, Dale Carnegie) are advantageous.
