Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

XCaliber Container LLC is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day marketing activities to support our brand growth, lead generation, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Website Management: Regularly update and manage XCaliber's website (Shopify), ensuring content is up-to-date, accurate, and optimized for lead generation.
  • Email Marketing: Manage the company's email marketing campaigns through MailChimp, develop, schedule, and execute email marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and newsletters.
  • Social Media Management: Own XCaliber's social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, create, schedule, and post engaging content that aligns with brand goals and drives community engagement.
  • Content Management: Own and manage marketing content calendar across all channels, develop content for all marketing channels, including blog posts, email, and social media posts.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, with hands-on experience in content creation, website management (preferably Shopify), and email marketing (MailChimp).
  • Skills: Proficiency with Shopify, MailChimp, and social media management tools, strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
