Job Summary

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing day-to-day marketing activities to support XCaliber's brand growth, lead generation, and community engagement. This is a hands-on role where you will manage various marketing tasks, including website updates, email marketing campaigns, and social media engagement, while collaborating with external agencies for paid media, SEO, and web development.

This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills who is comfortable managing multiple projects independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management:

  • Regularly update and manage XCaliber's website (Shopify), ensuring content is up-to-date, accurate, and optimized for lead generation.
  • Make minor website adjustments, including product listings, copy updates, and visual content refreshes.
  • Collaborate with external web developers on more complex changes and enhancements.
Email Marketing:
  • Manage the company's email marketing campaigns through MailChimp.
  • Develop, schedule, and execute email marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and newsletters.
  • Analyze email campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Social Media Management:
  • Own XCaliber's social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create, schedule, and post engaging content that aligns with brand goals and drives community engagement.
  • Monitor social media accounts, reply to comments, and engage with followers to foster a strong online community.
  • Use social media tools to track and report on performance metrics.
Content Management:
  • Own and manage marketing content calendar across all channels.
  • Develop content for all marketing channels, including blog posts, email, and social media posts.
  • Utilize Canva to create visually appealing graphics and promotional materials.
  • Ensure all content is aligned with the company's brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Develop and coordinate the creation of marketing materials to support external sales teams, including brochures, flyers, and promotional content.
  • Manage the design and production of print media and other assets, such as trade show booth displays, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality presentation across all materials.
Collaboration with External Agencies:
  • Coordinate with external digital marketing agencies responsible for paid media, SEO, and larger web development projects.
  • Ensure alignment on campaign goals, budget, timelines, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor the performance of paid media campaigns and provide feedback to optimize lead generation and ROI.
Community Engagement:
  • Actively engage with online community by responding to customer inquiries, comments, and direct messages on social platforms.
  • Foster positive interactions and assist with customer support issues as needed.
Campaign Coordination:
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing materials are available for lead generation, outbound, and sales enablement.
  • Track and report on campaign performance to senior leadership.
Requirements

•Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

•Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, with hands-on experience in content creation, website management (preferably Shopify), and email marketing (MailChimp).

Skills:

•Proficiency with Shopify, MailChimp, and social media management tools.

•Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with customers and creating content.

•Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating social media graphics and marketing materials.

Other Skills:

•Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

•Detail-oriented and organized, with strong project management skills.

•A collaborative team player who can work closely with internal teams and external agencies.

•Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Location: Hybrid with ability to travel 1-2 days of the work week to Graham, TX.
