Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of successful experience in outside sales.
  • Industry Knowledge: Minimum of 3 years in the flooring sector, showcasing your expertise.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Work Ethic: Strong relationship-building capabilities and a dedicated work ethic.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent customer service abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Communication Proficiency: Outstanding communication skills that set you apart.
  • Initiative: Proven track record of successfully managing a sales territory.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
