Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Homestead Hospital. As a key member of our medical-surgical unit, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient-centered care to individuals with various medical conditions, including those requiring complex interventions.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor patients' conditions, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (may be required based on department needs).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical-surgical setting.
