Mint Cannabis Inventory Team Lead

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about maintaining accurate inventory records? Do you have experience in inventory management and a strong ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking an Inventory Team Lead to join our warehouse team at Mint Cannabis.

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a reliable and organized individual to maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure efficient stock control practices. As an Inventory Team Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating with purchasing and logistics teams to optimize inventory control procedures, utilizing inventory management software to track and update inventory levels, and identifying and reporting discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy
* Maintain proper stock levels and reorder materials as needed
* Organize and maintain inventory storage areas
* Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to optimize inventory control procedures
* Utilize inventory management software to track and update inventory levels
* Identify and report discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts
* Assist in implementing inventory control measures to reduce loss and improve efficiency
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory-related issues promptly
* Assist with product labeling, barcoding, and tagging as necessary

**Requirements:**
* 1 year of experience in inventory management
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Team player with strong interpersonal skills
* Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
