Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Consultant to join our team at HireQuest Direct. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing clients. This role involves traveling throughout the Houston metro area to meet with customers and prospects, identifying their staffing needs, and providing solutions to help them achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Maintain and further develop relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction with our services.
  • Travel throughout the Houston metro area to meet with customers and prospects, conducting site surveys and assessments as needed.
  • Prepare and quote prices, sales contracts, and customer applications.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss their staffing needs and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the staffing industry.

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
