Pediatric Speech Therapy Career

At Solomon Speech Therapy, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our team.

Job Summary

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, to provide exceptional care to our pediatric patients.

A Speech-Language Pathologist will work closely with children aged 0-12 years old, providing personalized therapy sessions to address speech and language disorders, including stuttering, hearing impairments, autism, and apraxia of speech. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree from an accredited SLP program and experience working with children in a therapy setting.

The selected individual will also be responsible for:

  • Conducting screenings to identify speech impairments and developing treatment plans to improve communication skills.
  • Evaluating and writing evaluations and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to ensure students receive the necessary support.
  • Providing therapy sessions to school districts and maintaining accurate records of patient progress.

The Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant Requirements include strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to work independently.
