About this role:

This is a paid internship opportunity that will provide hands-on experience in ticketing and credential operations for the USGA. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of office and on-site work, and will be required to travel to various USGA championships.

Key responsibilities:
  • Assist with ticket sales, resolution, and customer service
  • Learn and utilize various ticketing platforms and systems
  • Manage ticket questions and requests, including mobile ticket inquiries
  • Lead group sales efforts and work with bulk ticket purchasers
  • Help with ticket and credential fulfillment, production, and distribution
  • Work closely with various departments to provide fan feedback and drive guest experience
  • Manage gate operations and uphold USGA policies
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with live events, ticketing, and/or operations
  • Desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to multitask
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team setting
  • Problem-solving and situational management skills
