We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Movado Group. As a key member of our creative operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Creative Operations in providing day-to-day task management for a team of designers, copywriters, production managers, and external creative talents.
- Coordinate creative campaigns and projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop focused briefs for creative requests, gathering necessary information and resources.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project management tools, calendars, and documents.
- Support the Director of Operations in managing content production processes, including communication with external photographers and content creators, asset upload, and sharing with internal teams.
- Assist with invoicing and budget tracking for the creative department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of integrated project management experience, including prior management of print and digital production.
- 2+ years of experience in advertising and shoot/post-production.
- Creative agency experience is a plus.
- Fashion retail experience is a plus.
- Project management skills with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple, concurrent projects through to completion.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain strong professional partnerships.
- Strong interest in and aptitude for producing creative and marketing solutions.
- Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, reliable, focused on deliverables.
- Creative problem solver.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of print production processes.
- Experience with Asana is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000
