Administrative Director, Vanderbilt Psychiatric Hospital

Vanderbilt Health is seeking an experienced Administrative Director to lead the development and implementation of long-term strategies for our Partial Hospitalization & Intensive Outpatient Services at Vanderbilt Psychiatric Hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the highest levels of patient care, quality, service, growth margin, and ROI for the Partial Hospitalization & Intensive Outpatient Services.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the department, including personnel administration, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Establish and maintain professional liaison with clients, university faculty and staff, students, and professional groups.
- Represent Vanderbilt University and/or Vanderbilt University Medical Center's point of view to agencies, organizations, and the general public.
- Administer current programs, including 3 PHP programs and 2 IOPs, and develop/expansion of PHP and IOP throughout the VUMC network.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years experience in a related field
- Master's prepared (MBA, MHA, Social Work, etc.) preferred
- Background in Behavioral Health and direct clinical service delivery experience
