Training Structure

The three-year study/training period is structured by the curriculum. The study takes place at the Hochschule Weserbergland (HSW) in Hameln in two stages: Stage 1 is a three-semester basic stage, primarily theoretical, followed by practical phases in the training company. This study structure provides all necessary basic qualifications in the basic stage, with a focus on technical, methodological, and social competencies.
