Dunn-Edwards is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Lead to join our team in CA. As a Customer Service Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring a distinctive shopping experience for all guests and executing store operations during scheduled shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Model outstanding customer service and selling skills
- Allocate staff and resources to keep the sales floor stocked
- Organize sales floor and stock areas
- Build trusted partnerships with our painting professionals
- Interact with customers via phone and in-person to offer expert advice
- Process and complete transactions
- Uphold Dunn-Edwards store vision of fast and reliable service
Requirements
- Four years of High School with diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous experience in a shift supervisory role is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Valid drivers license is required
