Employment Type: Full-Time

The BCBA Clinic Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the excellence of clinical services at Level Ahead's Decatur clinic. This position collaborates closely with the clinical operations manager to design educational programs, manage group assignments, and oversee both case and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinic Oversight:

  • Assist in the creation of clinic-based educational materials and schedules for clients and staff.
  • Monitor staff performance through inter-observer agreements, direct supervision, and performance assessments.
  • Engage in training and mentorship of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and student analysts.
  • Ensure clients have up-to-date authorizations for services.
  • Facilitate social skills groups within the clinic environment.
  • Collaborate with HR to gather feedback from staff and clients, addressing improvement strategies as necessary.
  • Support administrative staff in managing staffing, scheduling, and operational logistics.
  • Establish goals and objectives aimed at enhancing clinical service delivery.
  • Stay informed on relevant laws, regulations, and funding requirements related to service provision and documentation.
  • Prepare monthly reports summarizing key clinic performance metrics.
  • Participate in monthly team meetings and additional meetings as required to discuss clinical performance, client satisfaction, and documentation quality assurance.

Caseload Management:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and skill evaluations.
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans, including function-based behavior intervention strategies and skill acquisition programs.
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians in the execution of treatment plans.
  • Continuously monitor ABA programs, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Ensure accurate electronic data reflects client progress on the data collection platform.
  • Provide coaching and support to parents and caregivers regarding ABA strategies.
  • Coordinate treatment efforts with other professionals involved in the client's care.
  • Maintain a minimum of 30 billable hours weekly.
Reporting Structure:

This position reports directly to the Clinical Operations Manager.

Qualifications:
  1. Active BCBA certification and relevant state licensure.
  2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  3. At least 1-2 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new technologies.
  6. Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  7. Experience with Central Reach is strongly preferred.
  8. Familiarity with various programming assessments (e.g., VBMAPP, Socially Savvy, Peak, ABLLS/AFLS).
  9. Ability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines.
  10. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Level Ahead utilizes Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to assist children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in acquiring essential social and behavioral skills. Behavior Technicians provide one-on-one support to children in various settings under the guidance of Licensed Behavior Analysts.
