This position is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our hospital, ensuring timely and effective communication, and providing clinical guidance in the management of patient care, staffing, and policies. You'll be the point person for coordinating bed assignments, expediting admissions and discharges, and managing administrative issues.

You'll work closely with our public relations team to manage outside media and troubleshoot problems related to patient/family care, visitors, and facility issues. Your expertise will be essential in improving department scores for patient satisfaction, turnover/retention/employee engagement, and other key performance indicators.

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. You'll be responsible for mentoring others, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and staying up-to-date on industry developments.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you'll also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
