**Job Overview**

AlienVault is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Premier Service Consultant (Hybrid), you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries and issues
  • Utilize various systems and tools to initiate and assist customers
  • Maintain working knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions
  • Make recommendations according to customer needs
  • Process purchases of all products and services
  • Handle inquiries related to billing, rate plans, features, and services
  • Handle credit checks, service activations, and changes, and receivables management/collections
  • Handle inquiries on data products, services, billing, and troubleshooting
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer impacting issues
  • Provide support for products and services offered by the Company
  • Assist customers with products and services, including laptop connect services

**Requirements:**

  • At least one year customer service experience
  • Call Center experience
  • Advanced typing/keyboarding skills
  • Ability to sit or stand for long durations and engage with customers
