As a Sales Representative for E V Bishoff Company, you will play a crucial role in managing our commercial leasing operations. Your primary responsibilities will include showcasing available office spaces, developing lease proposals, securing new tenants, and overseeing the leasing needs of existing tenants. This dynamic position requires strong interpersonal skills, a thorough understanding of our properties, and the ability to create effective floor plans.
This is a salaried role with a compensation package of up to $110,000.00, which includes performance bonuses based on individual achievements.
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, allowing for a work-life balance with no weekend commitments.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, demonstrate independence in their work, and possess a strong motivation for achieving goals and financial success.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline.
- Demonstrated success in sales.
- Proficient computer skills, including email and video conferencing.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to quickly establish rapport with clients.
- Strong time management, scheduling, and calendar management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly follow up on leads generated by the Corporate Marketing Department to arrange property showings and finalize lease agreements.
- Engage in business development through our corporate neighbors' program.
