Position Overview:
Our client is undergoing a significant transformation in their fraud management processes. We are collaborating to establish a new fraud intelligence unit dedicated to enhancing real-time fraud mitigation strategies. This team will engage in incident response by closely coordinating with Cyber Fusion, Cyber Fraud, Cyber Security, and Fraud Operations teams.

Role Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Fraud Intelligence Lead to serve as a Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) and mentor for our team of five analysts. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in the following areas:
  • Assessing and prioritizing fraud alerts from operational teams.
  • Implementing measures to safeguard member accounts, including account shutdowns, locks, or holds as necessary.
  • Direct involvement in managing compromised member accounts.
  • Addressing Account Takeover (ATO), Identity Theft, and Mule Account investigations.
  • Proactively working to secure members and the financial institution.
  • Familiarity with cyber fraud, cyber fusion, and cyber intelligence is highly valued.
  • Conducting in-depth analyses of fraud incidents to identify root causes.
