Job Title: Enterprise Fraud Business Analyst

Infosys is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Fraud Business Analyst to join our team. As a Principal consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure solutions for customers using company products, outsourced solutions and/or proprietary tools/techniques implemented by others.
  • Create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan.
  • Support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global payment landscape.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.
  • Experience in software engineering, release planning, change management and/or configuration management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 15 years of experience in software engineering, release planning, change management and/or configuration management.
  • Enterprise Fraud Functional Understanding.
  • Experience with problem solving and trouble shooting in a large complex environment.
  • Experience in test planning / oversight.
  • Ability to benchmark test plans against requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, and document authoring skills.
  • Experience with the Enterprise Fraud database schema.
  • Experience with Oracle SQL.
  • Java and Web services.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
  • Ability to lead the team technically and solve team issues.
  • Work with offshore team in scheduling, planning and prioritizing of work requests.
  • Prior Enterprise Fraud experience.

This role requires sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. The ability to communicate by telephone, email or face to face is essential. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
