Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our field operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and maintain the service and install schedule.
  • Provide customers with information about products or service options, enter service tickets, and obtain details of complaints.
  • Ensure full customer satisfaction and maintain a friendly, helpful demeanor.
  • Identify and prioritize problems and issues related to service area.
  • Maintain close contact with customers to give updates on progress toward resolution of issue or service request.
  • Process service cards and maintain exceptionally detailed records of customer interactions and requests.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a construction environment preferred.
  • Positive attitude and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to understand blueprints.
  • Experience working with MS Office Suite and Dynamics a plus.
  • Technical capacity, ethical conduct, and personal effectiveness/credibility.

Salary: $20-$22 Hourly
