The Clinical Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of assigned units within MelroseWakefield Healthcare. Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Manager/Director, this individual will be responsible for developing nursing staff through mentoring, coaching, and education.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical support and leadership to nursing staff
- Manage patient flow and respond to emergencies
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical operations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve quality patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety
- RN license in the state of Massachusetts
- BSN degree
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- At least 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a charge/lead role
- Critical care experience
