Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Program Planning Specialist to join our Program Design & Planning organization. This role will be responsible for developing, maintaining and analyzing the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule.

About the Role
  • Develop and maintain the IMS throughout the program's lifecycle, incorporating contractual and programmatic changes into the IMS to maintain realistic contract schedule baselines.
  • Ensure the IMS is resource loaded for applicable scope with target budgets, demonstrating thorough cost and schedule integration.
Responsibilities
  1. Conduct detailed analysis of the IMS and supporting documents to ensure quality, completeness, and compliance.
  2. Communicate schedule status electronically and verbally to the Planning Lead, Program Manager, customers, and senior management as needed.
  3. Assist with development and maintenance of the Program Master Phasing Schedule using Milestones Professional Software.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field of study and a minimum of 5 years of Program Planning or Scheduling experience.
  • Prior work experience using software designed for creating and maintaining industry-related schedules.
  • Prior work experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and/or workflow.
Benefits
  • Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
