Job Overview

Compensation: $17 - $20 per hour
Shift: First
Working Hours: 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Education Required: High School Diploma


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Accurately and efficiently process orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding our products, services, and policies.
  • Maintain and update customer records in our database.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm their concerns are addressed satisfactorily.
  • Stay updated on product changes, promotions, and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is advantageous.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, ideally in a call center or similar setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with CRM software.
  • A positive demeanor and a genuine passion for assisting others.
