About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Operations Manager to join our team at California Heating. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our heating and air conditioning services, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to handle a wide range of heating and air conditioning services.
  • Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to ensure that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and satisfaction, making recommendations for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, ensuring that our team is equipped to provide the latest and most effective heating and air conditioning solutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the HVAC industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and supervising a team of technicians.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
