ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this position, you will work from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. As the HVAC Installation Lead, your responsibilities will include supervising and mentoring installation staff, establishing work priorities, and assessing performance to maximize productivity. You will manage installation schedules, communicate with homeowners and building inspectors, and ensure the timely ordering of materials and equipment.

Your role will also involve visiting job sites to oversee progress and quality, providing training on material usage and workmanship, and maintaining job documentation. Additionally, you will be responsible for cutting, constructing, and installing ductwork and furnaces as necessary, securing job permits, coordinating inspections, and preparing related paperwork. Addressing customer concerns, evaluating staff training needs, and delivering both classroom and on-the-job training will also be part of your duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential installation
  • Proven experience in leading a team of HVAC installers
  • EPA certification required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Familiarity with smartphones, email, and Microsoft Outlook

Possession of NATE certification is a plus.
