The successful candidate will act as a resource to Human Resources Representatives and other service center team members, responding professionally and in a timely manner to new hire changes, employee requests for information, and changes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing moderate to complex Human Resources transactions pertaining to employee pay, new hires, terminations, and personal status changes.
  • Entering, processing, and retrieving employee data to make employee changes and obtain information requested by employees.
  • Responding to escalated employee calls and inquiries referred by HR Representatives and other HR Service Center employees.
  • Resolving ongoing moderate to complex HR related issues and tracking employee data utilizing Human Resources information systems and call center systems.
  • Collaborating with Quality Assurance, Training, and Team Management to modify transaction procedures as needed and provide one-on-one training for HR Representatives and other HR Service Center employees.

The ideal candidate will have advanced reading skills, basic math skills, and 5-10 years of experience in a similar role. Pay rate is $35.00-$40.00 per hour.
