Job Title: HR Generalist

SolarEdge is seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team in Seminole, FL. As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in supporting human resources functions within our production facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and completion of required paperwork.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures. Assist in resolving employee relations issues, including conflicts and grievances, in a timely and professional manner. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks. Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits enrollment, coverage, and eligibility. Coordinate open enrollment periods and communicate changes to employees.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee information, benefits, and HR transactions. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Visitor Travel Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements for visitors to the manufacturing site, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Communicate travel itineraries and logistical details to visitors and internal stakeholders. Ensure all travel arrangements are made in accordance with company policies and budgetary guidelines.
  • HR Administration: Maintain HR databases and systems to ensure accuracy and completeness of employee records. Prepare and distribute HR-related reports and metrics to management as needed. Assist with other HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a generalist capacity.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
