Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Senior Project Manager to join our team at CyberCoders. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in planning and executing a variety of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage project schedules, including resource allocation and critical path analysis.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that project objectives are clearly defined and met.
  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets, including monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all construction activities are performed in compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to team members and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and other project-related records.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in the field of structural steel/steel construction.
  • Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards.
