About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for applying engineering skills to a variety of challenging projects, from project entitlements and preliminary design to construction documents and construction administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple, concurrent projects with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Lead design team efforts, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • Successfully manage project budgets and schedules, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Interact with a multi-discipline design team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their careers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) registration required.
  • Registration in Georgia preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional land development experience in the design of life sciences, commercial, office, higher education, mixed-use, residential, healthcare, municipal, and/or Federal projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical experience with hydrologic and hydraulic calculations, technical studies, mapping documents, preparation and processing of civil construction documents, and earthwork calculations.
  • Stormwater experience in Georgia and Southeast USA preferred.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Specification preparation experience preferred.

  • Competitive salary range: $90,000 to $120,000 based on experience.
  • Possible signing bonus based on experience.
