Job Summary:

As a Recruiter at Tobias Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent to meet our clients' staffing needs. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
  • Build and nurture relationships with candidates to establish a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques to enhance the effectiveness of our recruitment efforts.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality.
  • Uphold Tobias Solutions' commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of recruitment and hiring processes.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role, preferably within a staffing agency or recruitment firm.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport and establishing trust with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Demonstrated commitment to upholding ethical standards and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and a genuine interest in helping candidates and clients succeed.
