Job Summary:

The Regional Business Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire branch operation for Anderson Equipment Company. This manager is responsible for increasing market share, managing financial performance of the branches, ensuring that customer needs are met and fulfilling any additional duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage the performance of the sales force in the assigned territories.
  • Work closely with the parts, service, and rental departments to obtain optimum efficiency, economy of operations, and maximum profits.
  • Demonstrate superior customer service skills with both internal and external customers.
  • Manage and develop sales professionals and sales teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue, ensure safety, and resolve customer issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of equipment service management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow revenue, ensure safety, and resolve customer issues.
  • Strong technical background and computer skills.
  • Proven success in managing sales professionals and sales teams.
  • Strong abstract reasoning ability and financial creativity.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
